Having cut his teeth in his family’s heavy construction business, Jim developed the problem-solving skills required to succeed in the commercial building industry at an early age.  Following four years as a project manager with one of New Jersey’s most prominent commercial builders and developers, Jim set out to grow his own firm from the ground up.  In the decades since, he has positioned the firm as a widely respected commercial construction service provider in the NY metropolitan marketplace.

Decades ago, while earning a degree in liberal arts his passion for home building emerged and inspired him to enter the construction industry as a carpenter.  In that role he interacted directly with the other technical tradesmen.

Prepared with 20 years of experience in administration, Michele has provided project support in numerous areas including contract administration, insurance compliance and project accounting since 2012.

Armed with a Master’s in Administrative Science, from proposals to punch lists, Kathleen supports the Heuer team to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget and to our customer’s satisfaction.

Leo joined Heuer and Company in 2019 and brings 15 years of construction management experience to the team.   In his current role as Project Executive, he is responsible for the overall team performance and profitability of each project.  Most recently, he was responsible for the Veterinary Emergency Group portfolio.

Mark is an integral member of the project management team at Heuer and has been since 2005.   He brings over 40 years of carpentry and construction management expertise to his current role as General Superintendent.   Having joined the firm In this capacity he is responsible for oversight of construction operations with a focus on meeting the project’s delivery date and maintaining consistent standards across all projects with respect to quality, fit and finish.

Lindsay came with many years of construction administration and project coordination experience to the Heuer team in 2020. From pre-construction to close out, she oversees and manages certain aspects of projects throughout the entire life cycle and contributes greatly to the success of them.

With over 21 years of construction experience Kevin is a skilled carpenter and seasoned construction professional. Before joining Heuer & Company in 2019 he successfully owned and operated a small construction company based in Bergen County, NJ for nine years.

Cristina joined Heuer & Company in 2023 with experience in Interior Design, construction management and real estate. She was previously a national accounts Program Manager in the Lighting industry, as well as a construction manager and designer for a regional hospital in Seattle.
